Application process:
The application fee must be paid by applicant in order to run a application. Our preferred tenant will be screened for credit score 600+, criminal record, evictions, stable employment, gross income 3-4 times rent, and current and past landlord references. If tenant is denied then you may qualify by having a lease co-signer who is qualified. All properties are rented on a first come first serve and honor fair housing guidelines. The application fee is $25.00 per adult, and all over the age of 18 must apply, and be approved. Valid, Current photo ID (state issued) is required on all applications. Advertising photos may be from a previous period when a home was vacant. All applicants must view our homes to satisfy themselves as to the condition, layout, and other details after they complete the credit application and are approved. The security deposit on all properties is equal to one month’s rent and the maximum will depend on your application. Security Deposits are returned with a satisfactory inspection within 30 days of move out. Tenants pay all utilities and pest control. All Properties are professionally managed by Ingram Entities Inc. and compliant with Fair Housing laws.
