Ingram Entities, Inc. whose subsidiaries have been organized in Georgia since 1929. We have been in the land business for over 85 years. While our history has been in the timber and land businesses we have transitioned over the last two decades to a residential, commercial, and multifamily property management company. We have developed residential subdivisions in Monroe County and several commercial projects in middle Georgia. We have residential and commercial rental properties in Forsyth and Middle Georgia area including Ingram Center with the new Tractor Supply store. We also own a 300 unit apartment community in Warner Robins, GA (Houston Lake Apartments). Mike is responsible for the day by day Operations of the company.  Mike Manages all IT infrastructure as well as Residential & Commercial Property Leasing and Lot Sales. Mike also Manages a maintenance crew who maintains all Residential & Commercial rental properties as well as new build outs and renovations.        

Mike has been with Ingram Entities for 10 years.

2014 Golden Nail Award presented by the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce.  Award to recognize businesses and organizations whose efforts in design, restoration, renovation and beautification enhance and improve the community in general and the commercial areas in particular.


The Forsyth-Monroe County Chamber of Commerce gave out Golden Nail Awards at its annual banquet on Jan. 22. Otis Ingram was honored for his renovations to the Ingram Center that made way for Tractor Supply to locate in Forsyth.
